Booking Information

The age limit for the Rage Room and Car Smash is 14 and up with a parent or guardian and the age limit for the Splatter Room is 3 and up with a parent or guardian. Parent or guardian must sign waiver for minor participants and must be present at all times.

For groups of 6 or more, you must give at least a 2-week notice before coming and must book your reservation online. 

Please remember that if you need to cancel or reschedule the activity, you can email rageroomphiladelphia@gmail.com. There is a $10 rescheduling fee regardless of when the initial date was scheduled for. This fee applies to up to two rescheduling requests. A third time will be asked to make a new reservation. 

Any requests made after the initial date will be asked to make a new reservation. 

Customers have up to 30 days to decide on a new date and time and can move their reservation as far out as needed. If a new date and time are not chosen within the given time frame, the customer will have forfeited the initial reservation and a new one must be made.

Cancellations done 3 days before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund. Anything less than the given time frame will only be given a 60% refund. This also goes for any cancellations made after a rescheduling request.

Customers that do not give a courtesy call or do not show up for their scheduled session will not be refunded and a new reservation will have to be made.

Reschedule requests cannot be made once a session has already been canceled and refunded. 

Car Smashes

All car smash sales are final and will not be eligible for a refund. Customers may reschedule their session as a courtesy at least 1-3 days before their scheduled session. The updated date and time must be given via email. If customers need to reschedule the day of the scheduled session or after the original date, the customer will be charged a $150 rescheduling fee.
